Terms and Policies
What we sell. Life's Operating System sells programs and coaching. The Bench is a 30 day program. The 90-Day Program runs for ninety days. Coaching is scoped and priced per person. Prices on this site are in United States dollars.
Billing. Programs bill monthly to the card you provide, on the same day each month, until you cancel.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. Write to us or use the link in any receipt. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access for the period you have already paid for.
Refunds. If you are within seven days of your first payment and it is not for you, write to us and we will refund it. After that we do not refund part months, but you can cancel any time and you will not be billed again.
Delivery. Everything here is delivered online, by email and through this website. There is nothing to ship.
What this is not. Life's Operating System is not therapy, medical advice, or crisis support. If you are in crisis, contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, or chat at 988lifeline.org. It is free and available 24 hours a day.
Your payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. This site is served over a secure connection.
